Think sugar is harmless?? It is an epidemic that is behind some of the worst diseases and cancer and leading causes of death in the US. It spikes your insulin making you resistant to the very important hormone that will make it nearly impossible to shed fat and causes obesity and metabolic disfunction since your body always attempts to break down carbs before any other nutrients (thus storing body fat). It will eventually lead to diabetes type II. It is extremely addictive--as addictive as cocaine!! The brain scans in the image will prove that. Lastly, it is not the fat but sugar that leads to high levels of bad cholesterol! So if your mixing both on a regular basis, it's like poison to the body!!
